We’re happy to offer returns on up to 3 pillows per household. If you're unsure about our pillows, we recommend starting with 1-3 pillows before making a larger purchase.

Our pillows come with a 2 year warranty for your peace of mind. If you experience any issues, even after the trial period, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Does the 100-Night Trial include pillowcases, covers and bedding?

No, the trial only covers pillows. Pillowcases, covers and bedding are all non-refundable due to hygiene concerns.

What happens to returned items?

Returns are processed by our 3rd party returns handler. If goods are in usable condition, they are donated to local charities. Unusable or damaged goods are disposed. We do not restock or re-ship returned goods to customers.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds are processed as soon as your items are received and processed by our 3rd party returns handler. It usually takes 10-14 days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.

In what condition does my return have to be in?

Items must be in usable condition - free of burns, cuts, tears, water damage, or stains.
