How can I change my delivery or add instructions?
When you place an order, feel free to add a note on the cart page with any specific delivery instructions you may have. You’re also welcome to email us at support@restorganic.com with your requests. While we’ll do our absolute best to communicate your instructions to the courier, we appreciate your understanding that certain outcomes might not be guaranteed.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation of shipping email as soon as your order is dispatched. This email will include a tracking link.
What if there is an issue with my delivery?
Sometimes, mistakes happen! If you receive the wrong item, missing items or damaged goods, please contact us at support@restorganic.com and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
Can I collect my order or visit your showroom?
Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom or collection point at this time. This is something we're working on (hopefully as our small company grows!).
