What is 'organic latex'?
Quite simply, organic latex is the highest quality natual latex on the market. It is extracted (or tapped) from rubber trees and moulded into natural products under strict environmental and social guidelines. These guidelines are established by governing bodies such as the Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS).
Organic latex must be chemical free and harvested from trees that haven't been treated with pesticides or chemical fertilisers. The production process itself must be environmentally friendly and traceable from the plantation to the customer.Â
Is organic latex safe for children to use?
Yes, our organic latex toddler pillow is safe for your baby. It is hypoallergenic, dust-mite resistant, and free of harmful chemicals, making it a great option for kids with allergies or sensitive skin.
What is the recommended age range for the Toddler Pillow?
We recommend our toddler pillow for children aged 2-4 years old. If your child is older, check out our Junior Organic Latex Pillow.
Can the Toddler Pillow be machine washed?
No, our toddler pillow should not be machine washed. To clean your child's pillow and ensure its longevity, use the included outer pillow cover. This pillow cover can be machine washed with a mild detergent on the lowest setting. Hand wash for best results.
How and where are your pillows made?
RestOrganic is a family run business with a dedicated production facility in Sri Lanka. Our organic natural latex is sourced locally from dedicated farmers who don't use pesticides or chemical fertilisers. The latex is then poured into moulds to produce the various shapes and sizes of our pillows.
Finally, a GOTS certified organic inner and outer cotton cover is used to enclose each pillow. The finished product is then shipped directly to you, free of charge, from our facility.Â

We're always trying to make our pillows better and appreciate any feedback. If you or your child isn't completely satisfied with our pillow, we'd be happy to return or exchange it - no questions asked. Please email us at info@restorganic.com and we'll make it right.

We purchased two of the toddler pillows for our twins but the latex gave off too strong a chemical fumes/smell to deem it safe for our kids. Despite our best efforts to off-gas lay them in the sun for over a week, the fumes remained. We were overly disappointed with the toxic smells and will not be able to use them. There is no disclosure for what chemicals are used in the process of making the latex shaped pillows despite them being labelled as organic. Very disappointing.
